Legal/Verification

You Do Not Need to Trust This Website

How to independently verify every claim

This portal is maintained by the Applicant, who is a party to the proceedings. You should not accept any assertion at face value. Every claim made on this portal can be verified independently using the methods described below.

1. Verify Court Orders

Every court order referenced on this portal is a sealed order issued by the High Court, County Court, or Court of Appeal. Sealed orders are public documents. You can:

  • Request copies from the court office using the case number (e.g. BL-2024-001089)
  • Attend the court office in person and inspect the court file
  • Use the CE-File system (for parties and legal representatives)

2. Verify Legal Authorities

Every case law citation links to BAILII (British and Irish Legal Information Institute), a free public legal database. Every statutory reference links to legislation.gov.uk. Click any authority link and read the original judgment or statute yourself.

3. Verify the 29:0 Probability

The probability calculation requires no trust. Open any calculator and compute:

0.5 ^ 27 = ?

The answer is 0.00000000745 or approximately 1 in 536,870,912. This is the probability of 29 consecutive decisions all going one way in a fair system. The 29 decisions are listed on the statistics page with dates, case numbers, and judges. Each decision is a matter of public record.

4. Verify the MHCM Period

The Mental Health Crisis Moratorium is administered by the Insolvency Service under the Debt Respite Scheme (Breathing Space Moratorium and Mental Health Crisis Moratorium) Regulations 2020. The certificate reference is BSS-0000297093. The Insolvency Service can confirm its validity. Regulation 7(12) states the legal effect.

5. Verify the Defence Admissions

The Defence in BL-2024-001166 (former County Court ref L10CL352) was signed under Statement of Truth on 24 October 2024 by solicitors Shoosmiths LLP. You can request a copy from the County Court at Central London. The specific paragraphs cited (10.5.2, 10.7.2, 17.4, 20.3) are verbatim quotes. Admissions under Statement of Truth are irrevocable without court permission (CPR 14.1(5)).

6. Verify Document Integrity

Every document on this portal has a SHA-256 cryptographic hash recorded in the evidence manifest. To verify a document has not been altered:

  1. Download the document from this portal
  2. Open a terminal and run: sha256sum filename.pdf
  3. Compare the output with the hash shown on the exhibit page or in the manifest
  4. If they match, the document is identical to what was published

7. Verify Via the AI

The Ask the Case system uses the Eden Protocol to ensure blind analysis. Party names are stripped before the AI sees the question. The AI does not know who filed the case or who is asking. You can test this yourself: ask it a question that would favour the Respondent. The system will answer honestly because it cannot identify the parties.
