JCIO (Judicial Conduct Investigations Office)

• Formal complaint filed 20 February 2025 against Master Kaye
• 13+ months with no investigation commenced
• Told complaint does not count because correct form not used
• No reasonable adjustment for the form requirement

Insolvency Service

• Ultra vires arrest warrant from court without jurisdiction
• Public examination in wrong court (CLCC not ICC)
• Refused to provide bank statements needed to comply with PE
• Abandoned company claims worth £9.2M without investigation
• Threatening arrest while refusing reasonable adjustments

HMRC

• Mrs S Huntley refused reasonable adjustments (22 February 2024)
• Pursued winding-up without PSED assessment for disabled taxpayer
• Did not consider MHCM or disability in enforcement

DWP

• UC sanctions cascading from void winding-up order
• Work Capability Assessment requests ignored for 2 years
• Dipak (work coach) requests blocked by Conor (case manager)
• Benefits sanctions due to disability-related inability to comply

SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority)

• Not yet investigated Steven Ross (Harold Benjamin) despite 3 false statements
• Told complaint does not count because correct form not used
