12 reasonable adjustment requests refused (0% grant rate). Transcripts withheld for 200+ days. LCRO imposed preventing access to court. 16 emails ignored. Bundle filing banned. Equality of arms breach: Recorder Cohen engaged in private email correspondence with defendants' counsel (Falcon Chambers) but told the LiP it was "not appropriate" to correspond. Judge swapped from MHCM expert at last minute. Judge argued the defendant's case. 4 working days to prepare skeleton (impossible for ADHD).

Office contents sold without TIGA notice (£50,000+ property). Business correspondence and data given to competitor. Personal financial records exposed through insolvency proceedings. Master Kaye attempted to contact psychiatrist directly regarding capacity.

LCRO prevents applications to the High Court. JCIO complaint ignored for 13+ months. Set-aside application deleted from CE-File. Told High Court filings would be struck out. No effective domestic remedy available.
