This portal exists to reduce the administrative burden on the court. Rather than searching through a multi-hundred page bundle, the court may click a hyperlink in the skeleton argument and arrive directly at the relevant exhibit.
From a skeleton argument or notice: Click any hyperlinked NEXIS code (e.g. GEN-MED-002). The exhibit page will open showing the document title, date, description, legal relevance, and a link to the original document.
Split-screen viewing: Some links open in a side panel on the right of the screen. This allows the court to read the skeleton argument on the left while viewing the referenced exhibit on the right, without losing your place. Press Esc to close the panel.
Direct URL access: Every exhibit has a permanent URL in the format:
michaeldariuseastwood.com/legal/evidence/{nexis-code}
