Purpose. This letter responds to the Official Receiver's conduct regarding CR-2024-000527, addresses the outstanding arrest warrant (void on 5 independent grounds), and sets out the basis for the Applicant's position that the winding-up order should be rescinded and all enforcement stayed pending the Court of Appeal determination.
