Personal Consequences

Mental health crisis. MHCM certificate issued under Reg 5 DSRR 2020. The court continued to make orders against him during the protected moratorium period.
Arrest warrant outstanding. Issued by a court without jurisdiction (CLCC, not ICC). Physical liberty actively threatened. No stay obtained.
2 years of full-time unpaid litigation. 2,375+ documented hours. Every hour that should have been earning £272.67 was spent fighting for rights the system should have protected automatically.
Unable to work. The demands of 6 simultaneous proceedings as a litigant in person left no capacity for income-generating work.
Universal Credit sanctions. Imposed as a consequence of the void winding-up order. Benefits withdrawn from someone whose business was destroyed by unlawful lockouts.
ADHD and autism denied accommodation. 12 requests for reasonable adjustments across 10+ judges. Zero granted. Every one denied in breach of EA 2010 s.20 and Practice Direction 1A.
Property destroyed. Office contents worth £50,000+ sold to a direct competitor for £1,100 without lawful authority.

Systemic Failures

Every safeguard failed. Every mechanism designed to protect vulnerable litigants either did not function or was actively used against him.

Emails ignored by HMCTS. Across all proceedings. No acknowledgement. No response. No record of receipt. A disabled litigant writing into a void.

Transcripts provided. 8 EX107 applications submitted. Zero transcripts delivered within the statutory timeframe. Some withheld for over 200 days. The record of what was said in court, denied to the person it was said about.

Months the JCIO ignored a formal complaint. Filed 20 February 2025 against Master Kaye. No investigation commenced. Told the complaint did not count because the correct form was not used. No reasonable adjustment for the form requirement.
