Michael Darius Eastwood first placed the ARC and Eden research programme on the DOI record on 17 January 2026 under OSF DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/6C5XB, coinciding with Paper I: 'The ARC Principle - Formalisation and Preliminary Validation of Recursive Capability Scaling', which formalises U = I x R^alpha and reports preliminary parallel-recursion alpha of approximately 0.1 to 0.3 and sequential-recursion alpha of approximately 1.34 (subsequently refined).
