The manifest is public. The documents are not, and here is why.
Withheld pending a redaction pass. The audited release of 2 August 2026 verifies perfectly: its archive hash matches, and all 66 files in SHA256SUMS.txt reported OK. But the documents contain material this estate does not put on public surfaces. One document carries an aggregate figure about live legal proceedings, another references private routes, and one of those aggregates is in any case superseded by the current classification. Publishing them unredacted would breach the site's own privacy rule, so the build blocked them and I have left them blocked rather than route around it.
What is published instead is the part that makes the release checkable: every document's SHA-256 and byte size, so a copy you receive can be verified against this page, and the verifier code and DNS capture that let you reproduce the December mathematics yourself.

Verifier code, published
These are bounded, contain no case material, and are what make the December claim checkable rather than assertable. The key is inline in the capture, so verification does not depend on live DNS resolving as it did on 2 August 2026.
- verify_sender_dkim_v2.py — reproduces the sender-domain DKIM mathematics over its canonicalised signed scope
- verify_google_arc_v1.py — reproduces the Google ARC AMS and Seal mathematics
- DKIM-DNS-CAPTURE-2026-08-02.txt — the keys returned at the signed selectors on 2 August 2026
Raw mailbox objects are not published. A complete .eml carries attachments, routing metadata and third-party addresses that cannot be redacted without destroying the byte identity a verifier needs. Hashes are published; the sealed source goes to serious verifiers on request.
The RC1 archives are not published. Both are synthetic-only tested scaffolds: not OSF-ready, not run-ready, and incapable of authorised real-data collection until the RC2 gates are completed. Registration material stays private until an approved or archived registration exists; historical results stay public.
A duplicate, recorded rather than hidden. The archive ships two copies of the IV.d ablation registration tree, the second an artefact of extraction. Compared directory by directory and found identical, so one is counted and this note records the decision.
