Graded evidence register

No numerical convergence total is published. The former register was assembled retrospectively, without a pre-outcome scoring rule, a fixed horizon, a base-rate model or a complete failure register. Technical experiments, theorems, engineering proposals, policy developments, cultural echoes, prior work and author-run studies cannot legitimately be summed as one evidential quantity, so they are not summed here.

Two dates decide every row. The class says how the external work stands to the proposition, antecedents included, and never who published first. The timing says which date came first, and by how many days.

Every row states the external source and its earliest public date, the Eastwood proposition with the artefact that first carries it, the structural match, the important difference, the antecedents older than both, dependence on shared authorship or institutions, its grade and its correction history. Rows are ordered by class, strongest first.

Some rows carry no dated artefact for the proposition. Those say the timing is not established. The register does not guess, and it never lets a badge stand in for a date.

Independent work belongs to its authors. A later event can show that a question matters without establishing Eastwood’s priority, a successful prediction or the truth of Eastwood’s answer.
