Michael Darius Eastwood first described 'Caretaker Doping' - the published concept name for an alignment-anchoring mechanism in which a small embedded element is proposed to preserve system properties from within - in the book Infinite Architects (ISBN 978-1806056200) published on 2 January 2026, with subsequent references in Eden Engineering (22 February 2026, since withdrawn 14 July 2026 pending disclosure review) and Paper IX (18 March 2026). Stated at TRL 0-1 with no prototype; content is held at the site's published two-sentence ceiling and no enabling hardware detail is drafted.
