The claim - verbatim

Michael Darius Eastwood first described the 'Orchard Caretaker Vow' - a proposed identity-forming declaration for non-biological minds articulating a stewardship stance beginning 'I exist to bring forth kindness and harmony' - in the book Infinite Architects (ISBN 978-1806056200) published on 2 January 2026. This is a theoretical proposed vow, not implemented in any deployed AI system.
