Risk notes - what this claim does not support
Risk notes. Concepts date to the April 2025 manuscript in development terms but are publicly established via the January 2026 book. The comprehensive markdown and knowledge/concepts.json use partially divergent names for the same 37 items; reconciliation is unfinished. Do not describe as peer-reviewed.
