ARC Principle - Artificial Recursive Creation as a named cross-domain framework

The claim - verbatim
Michael Darius Eastwood first described the specific named framework 'ARC Principle - Artificial Recursive Creation', holding that intelligence and recursion are the paired forces structuring creation across biological, artificial and cosmic systems, in a manuscript essay self-emailed on 8 December 2024 at 02:45 UTC, and formalised it for peer distribution in Paper I on 17 January 2026. The priority is over the specific naming and cross-domain framing under this label, not over recursion as a concept, which has extensive prior art (evolutionary theory, self-modifying computation, quantum error correction, Teilhard de Chardin, Wheeler, Smolin).

Risk notes - what this claim does not support
Risk notes. Recursion as a structural principle is prior art. Priority is over Eastwood's specific naming and cross-domain framing under the label 'ARC Principle'.
