Michael Darius Eastwood records six dated firsts, each scoped and each ended by a single citation: showing that two rival derivations of the metabolic scaling exponent are not rivals, making alignment embedded in the recursive loop testable, correction out-scaling drift as a measurable stability condition, a numerical ceiling on stable growth, an alignment design requirement, and a runnable blind-scoring protocol.

Each is dated from his own record, beginning with the sealed manuscript of 8 December 2024, and each names a contribution, not a proof. Two have become laws of the ARC Theory: the stability condition is Law II, the ARC Co-Scaling Law, proved inside the minimal model of Paper X, and the ceiling is Law III, registered as P20, with no verdict yet. The design requirement is derived from the created status of such minds: they owe their existence to us. The blind-scoring protocol is first as far as the abstracts of earlier work show; its later run did not reproduce two model families' unblinded rises, and a code review found defects, so no single cause is claimed.
Ancestors are credited by name. Recursion belongs to evolutionary theory, self-modifying computation and quantum error correction; the exponent d/(d+1) to West, Brown and Enquist (1997) and six further groups; the matched-compute sequential result to Sharma and Chopra (4 November 2025); and recursive depth as an inference-scaling dimension to Alabdulmohsin and Zhai (11 February 2025). No formal systematic search of the preprint servers and indexes has yet been run, so each first is written as a negative: no earlier publication stating and testing that conjunction has been located. One located document would end a row, and the route for producing it is published.
