What are the three ARC Laws?

Three named laws sit under one named theory, and in this field a law names a proposed relation under test, not a confirmed regularity. Law I is the ARC Principle, U = I x R^alpha. Law II is the ARC Co-Scaling Law, beta greater than k. Law III is the ARC Ceiling, alpha_crit = 1/(1 - gamma).

Theory First anchored

Law I is the ARC Principle, and its equation is the ARC Equation, U = I x R^alpha. Intelligence converts recursion into capability, and the exponent is measured rather than assumed. The form is a heuristic; the measurement is live at 0.49, interval [-1.3, 2.9], which crosses one and so decides nothing yet.

Law II is the ARC Co-Scaling Law, beta greater than k: stable recursive improvement requires correction to out-scale drift. It is proved inside the minimal model and remains a proposed criterion for real systems. Law III is the ARC Ceiling, alpha_crit = 1/(1 - gamma), a conjecture under one stated assumption; its conjectured value, the ARC Bound, is alpha at or below two, and gamma has never been measured on any real system.

The word law is doing less work than it looks, and the site says so in the sentence above the three definitions. That is also the ordinary usage of the field: the scaling-law papers of 2020 named empirical fits laws, and every use here carries its status marker. Principle, theory, protocol and field name different objects. They are not a ladder of rising confidence.

Collectively they are the three ARC Laws under the ARC Theory, and the proposed discipline is Recursive Dynamics. The scope is stated in one line and never widened: the core governs everything raised, the mathematics reaches everything composed, and the crown asks whether the universe was raised.
