The honest position is a middle one, and the site holds it in both directions. Three laws are named and dated. Forty-four kill conditions are published with live statuses. One of them has fired, against the programme's own best number. None of that establishes that a law holds, and the home page says exactly that: gamma is unmeasured, the decisive trials are unrun, and no outside laboratory has replicated anything here.
What does exist is a number and an instrument. The improvement exponent is measured at 0.49, inside the interval [-1.3, 2.9], from the one power-law fit that survived a blinded six-model protocol, 54 problems per depth per model, intervals from 2,000 bootstrap resamples. The interval is wide enough to contain both zero and the proposed ceiling, which is why the confirmatory studies are drafted and why the number is never quoted without it.
One phrase deserves correcting wherever it travels. The hardware-adjacent elements of the Eden Protocol sit at a published disclosure ceiling, concept level, with no prototype published. Withheld and absent are different facts, and only one of them is true here. A publication restriction is never an evidential gap.
Most large unifications die on independent replication, and this site prints that base rate itself rather than waiting for a critic to supply it. The category is earned by naming the deciding test in advance, and the register that would grade it is public before the result.
