Why I Published 37 Claims Before I Was Ready
2 min read · 478 wordsIn December 2024, I wrote 189,355 words. I did not publish them. I registered the manuscript with Google's servers, obtained a SHA-256 hash, and waited. The hash proves the words existed on 8 December 2024. The waiting was deliberate.
In January 2026, I published the book. In the months since, I have registered 37 priority claims — each with a SHA-256 hash, a Google server timestamp, and a stated falsification condition. I did this before every claim was "ready." I did it deliberately.
Priority Is Proven by Timestamp
The traditional academic approach is to perfect a paper, submit it for peer review, receive feedback months later, revise, resubmit, and eventually publish. The publication date is the priority date. This works if you have institutional backing and years to wait.
I do not. I am an independent researcher. I have no institution. I have no peer review pipeline. What I have is a SHA-256 hash and a Google server timestamp. Together, they prove that the claims in my manuscript existed on 8 December 2024 — regardless of when a journal publishes them.
If I wait to publish until everything is perfect, I risk someone else publishing similar ideas first. The timestamp protects the priority. The hash proves the content existed on that date. The DOI makes it publicly citable.
The Falsification Dashboard Is the Defense
Publishing early creates risk. Some claims may be wrong. Some may be imprecise. Some may be superseded by better evidence. This is not a bug. It is a feature — provided you have a mechanism for correction.
The falsification dashboard is that mechanism. Every claim carries a stated falsification condition. If you can demonstrate that condition is met, the claim is marked FALSIFIED. The record is updated. The programme gets stronger because a wrong claim was removed.
This is how science is supposed to work. Claims are published. Evidence accumulates. Wrong claims are discarded. Right claims get stronger. The traditional system does this slowly, through journals and retractions. I do it in public, in real time, with cryptographic proof.
The Strategy
Publish early with cryptographic proof of priority. State exactly what would prove each claim wrong. Invite the world to try. Update the record when they succeed.
It is a gamble. But the alternative — waiting until everything is perfect — means never publishing at all. The infrastructure makes the gamble safe. The hash proves priority. The falsification conditions invite correction. The public ledger makes the process transparent.
Thirty-four claims are standing. Three are contested. Zero are falsified. The invitation is open.
